- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS.
- TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT.
- IU Health University and Methodist are teaching facilities and require all travel nurses to agree to the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them while on assignment.
- Traveler must have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package for their license to apply for this position.
- Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12
- Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract. If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract.

- Level 1 Trauma Center
- STEMI & Stroke Certified Facility
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Blood Product Administration
- Phlebotomy
- Starting IVs
- Continuous IV sedation
- IV vasopressors
- Procedural Sedation Administration
- CVA
- Traumatic Brain injury
- Ortho-Trauma
- CPAP/BiPAP
- Interpretation of ABGs

- Shift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12
- Travelers must be able to work 50% of the weekends in their contract.
- Staffing Ratios: 1:4
- Patient Diagnoses: Level 1 Trauma, Level 1 STEMI, Comprehensive Stroke, Level 1 PE
- Special Equipment: Alaris IV pumps, Belmont blood transfusers, Stryker beds, Philips monitors
- Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
- AHA ONLY. RQI is acceptable.
