Job Requirements
IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
Must work 2 / 3 major holidays.
Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
Schedule Information
Is on-call REQ? Yes, rotating call.
Locals accepted : Yes. What is the local radius rule? $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility.
Unit Specific Information
PRESCREENING- MUST BE ABLE TO SRUB / TECH for BRONCHS, EGD and Colons. Please don't submit if they cannot tech for these.
