- Shift: 4x10's 7:00-17:30 with rotating call.
- Years of experience REQ: 2 years.
- First timers accepted: No.
- IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
- Must work 2/3 major holidays.
- Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
- Is on-call REQ? Yes, rotating call.
- Locals accepted: Yes. What is the local radius rule? $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility.
- PRESCREENING- MUST BE ABLE TO SRUB/TECH for BRONCHS, EGD and Colons. Please don't submit if they cannot tech for these.
- Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
