Job Details
Registered Nurse position in Neurosurgical / Neuroscience Med / Surgical / step down unit at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IN RN’s cannot work at IU Health facilities unless exempted. Periop / OR RN’s are exempt.
Charge pay of $3.00 per hour offered.
First Time Travelers Accepted.
Shift Requirements : 3x12 only.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 Year Required experience in MS / Tele, PCU level.
IV Starts experience required.
Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted.
Schedule Information
Travelers expected to work every other weekend as per contract.
Call-ins must be made up during the pay period or added to the end of the contract.
Unit Specific Information
Unit travelers may float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU).
Staffing Ratios : 1 : 5-6.
Additional Details
NIH Stroke Certification required due to facility's specialization in stroke care.
