Job Details
Shift : 7-1730, M-F 4 x 10 rotating days, call and holiday required.
Call Requirement : 40-60 hours of call in a 6 week schedule.
Skillset Requirement : Minimum 2 years experience, Large Open Belly Cases, General, Urology, Thoracic, Gyn, Scrub, Aseptic Technique, Plastics, Whipple, Liver Resection, and Free Flap.
Daily Average Surgical Case Volume : 35
Rooms : 22
Special Equipment : DaVinci XI
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in surgical services
Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted
Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date)
Schedule Information
4 x 10 rotating days
Call and holiday required
Unit Specific Information
Periop / OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from the rule regarding IN RN’s working at IU Health facilities after 11 / 30 / 24.
Additional Details
Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
Medication Test / Pharmacology exam required. Not required for Techs or RRTS
