Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. *Duties* - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities - Manage reservations and cancellations efficiently - Operate the phone system to handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary - Address guest issues and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction *Skills* - Proficiency in front desk operations - Knowledge of hospitality management practices - Bilingual abilities are a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Strong guest service orientation - Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous - Ability to maintain positive guest relations - Prior experience in the hotel industry is beneficial
