Job Responsibilities: Assist in painting commercial buildings, offices, and retail spaces. Learn and apply spraying, brushing, and rolling techniques. Prepare surfaces, including hand tool cleaning, pressure washing, and masking. Operate man lifts, scissor lifts, and assist with scaffolding setup. Follow safety protocols, including setting up ventilators and protective coverings. Mix and apply primers, sealers, and finishes under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Commitment to workplace safety and quality craftsmanship.
