SUMMARY
The Senior Apprenticeship Training Representative (SATR) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director by overseeing key field operations and ensuring the effective implementation of International Finishing Trades Institute (iFTI) / Labor Management Cooperation Initiative (LMCI) programs. Acting as a daytoday liaison between the Executive Director and fieldbased Trades Specialists the SATR ensures that training initiatives certifications and partnerships are consistently executed to the highest standards across all affiliates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Oversight
- Provide guidance to field staff (Trade Specialists) helping prioritize travel plans and coordinating assistance to local affiliates.
- Ensure that all 3
party certifications and industry programs are effectively implemented at the affiliate level aligning with IUPAT / iFTI / LMCI organizational standards.
