SUMMARY
The Senior Apprenticeship Training Representative (SATR) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director by overseeing key field operations and ensuring the effective implementation of International Finishing Trades Institute (iFTI) / Labor Management Cooperation Initiative (LMCI) programs. Acting as a day-to-day liaison between the Executive Director and field-based Trades Specialists, the SATR ensures that training initiatives, certifications, and partnerships are consistently executed to the highest standards across all affiliates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Oversight
- Provide guidance to field staff (Trade Specialists), helping prioritize travel plans and coordinating assistance to local affiliates.
- Ensure that all 3
party certifications and industry programs are effectively implemented at the affiliate level, aligning with IUPAT / iFTI / LMCI organizational standards.
