What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cryotherapy Tech position at IV Bars of Rockwall?
iV Bars of Rockwall currently has an opening for a part-time Cryotherapy Technician. Cryotherapy is a whole-body exposure to subzero temperatures to decrease inflammation, increase cellular survival, decrease pain and spasms, and promote overall health.
Primary Responsibilities: Cryotherapy Consultants will serve as ambassadors of iV Bars, taking personal responsibility to ensure that every element of our client’s visit is exceptional.
- Whole Body Cryotherapy Sauna technician
- Administrative, operational, sales & marketing duties as assigned
- Manage front desk, schedule appointments, answer the phone and assist all customers/answer questions/take any messages, assist walk-ins, register clients, complete any intake paperwork for clients, and update client files
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate interest in related field (i.e. sports, nutrition, physiology, training, etc.).
- Strong communication, training/education skills
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- A professional, friendly, team attitude
