POSITION TITLE: Clinic Director
We are looking for a competent Clinical Director to organize and oversee people and programs of our iv clinic. You will be responsible for supervising and directing everything from employees and budgets to technology and operations.
As clinical director you must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator able to resolve conflicts and issues. If you also have a deep respect for policies and ethics and can inspire that in others, you are ideal for the role.
The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the iv clinic aiming to maximum performance.
This position is responsible for managing the application of intravenous vitamins for outpatient infusion and providing clinical expertise and education for clients and staff.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Credentialed as either an RN (Registered Nurse), Paramedic, ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing), or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse); License must be current and up to date
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records and
Anatomy, Medical Terminology and Medical Practice Functions,
Strong Venous Access Skills with the Ability to Access
Peripheral Veins
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years minimum of Vascular Access or Infusion Experience
needed , Strong Venous Access Skills Including Ability to Access Peripheral Veins
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent Intravenous Catheter Placements Skills, Attention to Detail,

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position will work eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts Monday-Friday and occasional weekends required. Clinic environment with a spa-like atmosphere, climate control, and adequate lighting.

standardization. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive.
MATHEMATICS ABILITY: Strong numeric capabilities; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in
