Job Summary : As an IV Therapy Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling inquiries, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities : Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our booking system. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Assist with client intake forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth client flow and scheduling. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with excellent customer service. Assist with inventory management and supply orders as needed. Promote membership programs, packages, and special promotions to clients. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a wellness or medical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using scheduling software and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
