What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced RN for Mobile IV Therapy position at IV Therapy, Inc?
This position is an on call position. Days on call you must be available from 9-6 PM. You will be paid a fee for being on call.
Pay: This position is NOT hourly. You will be paid $50/drip tips and added money if your client received an extra bag, addictives, ect.
You must excel at IV insertion!
We are a Mobile IV Therapy company serving SWFL. We come to the patient, so you must have the ability to drive to patient's house/office/location when a call comes in. (You choose the hours you are available). During your "on call days" you are simply made available. When a call comes in for an appointment, we reach out to you to confirm that appointment with the patient and provide the service. The patient will have a menu of types of vitamins from the different package levels we provide, saline, and/or add-ins.

Responsibilities & Duties
Performs nursing assessment and evaluation under IV Therapy, Inc's medical and nursing protocols:
- Administers intravenous therapy using the prescribed formula and array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- Uses electronic medical records to document client visits and therapies received.
- Under the provider's and nursing director's supervision, address and answer client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide and communicate to the nursing team any issues or adverse events.
- Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of work.
- Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high-quality, competitive and kind nursing care.
Skills & Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, OR or similar). One year of experience administering injections. Experience and a high comfort level with using a computer to document. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
