Position Responsibilities
- Lead diverse audiences in Requirements Gathering Sessions for complex projects and tasks
- Balance the right amount of business and technical analysis necessary for the team to be successful in planning both the project and individual sprints.
- Comfortable interacting with both business and technical individuals Leading internal QA by defining project success and working with business partners through UAT
- Assist in validation of technical deliverables for completeness, accuracy and quality.
- Create wireframes, mockups and possibly prototypes
- Understand Python, SQL, Git, and other technical tools relevant to the data team’s development
- Facilitate estimating/sizing and work with the team to identify dependencies
- Function as a liaison and subject matter expert for assigned subject areas. Assist the Data team in providing analytical support, facilitating research, questions, issues or other needs presented by the business units.
- Identify non-functional needs such as usability, performance, security, portability and service levels
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise relative to the client’s products, systems, and programs, and business processes
- Handle additional assignments related to area of expertise, fill in for the Project Manager when required
- Assist business units by performing root cause analysis on business process issues
- Perform and document cost benefit analysis on recommended business solutions
- Analyze impact of system changes on business processes to ensure continuity of production procedures
- Understand and provide insight into the relationships between business process and applications across the organization
- Familiarity with AWS components, features and their functionalities.
Required Experience
- 7 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent.
- Proficient in SQL and Jira
- Must have Agile
- Drafting wire frames and development of storyboards.
- Expertise in running and administering projects
- Expertise in mapping process flow diagrams involving system and people actors
- Expertise in presenting visual representation of data movement from source to destination
- 3 years of experience writing SQL code and interpreting results.
- Must be local to MI and be able to do hybrid
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
