JOB SUMMARY
The role of Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) requires marked experience in AV Sales, excellent customer relationship skills, effective communication skills, strong organizational behaviors, solid task management, and demonstration of effective prospecting and lead networking skills to create customer demand and develop sales opportunities. This includes the development of long -term relationships with senior executives and functional stakeholders in key strategic accounts. As an Enterprise Account Manager your principal responsibility is to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. Ideally the candidate will be high energy, strategic minded, naturally inquisitive, technology savvy and demonstrate prior experience with a successful history of building long-term strategic relationships with Enterprise type customers. You should be able to demonstrate good customer acuity, active understanding of each customers technology footprint, strategic growth vision, technology strategy and the competitive landscape.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achievement of your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales booking goals.
Create lead generation by creative and aggressive prospecting for new prospects and IVCi customer base as assigned in Salesforce.
Develop and build a strong rolling sales pipeline with qualified opportunities that will allow you to achieve your sales goals.
To promote all IVCi Products and Services
To create and drive sales opportunities for IVCi Managed Video Experience (MVE) Services
Proactively review existing inactive customer relationships and look for opportunities to upsell IVCis services.
Pursue transactional (Box) sales opportunities.
Become comfortable in a presentation setting with promoting the IVCi value proposition across all services.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, acting as a liaison with all other departments within IVCi including Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Sales Management. .
Compile and prepare sales proposals, presentations and PDF overviews that properly illustrate IVCis experience, portfolio, and strengths for specific opportunities.
Participate in Customer presentations and Customer quarterly business reviews.
Participate in current key manufacturer training and review literature to competently present effective solutions to customers and prospects.
When relevant, effectively review bid specifications, properly outlining IVCi requirements, deadlines, and risks in pursuit of bid opportunities.
Provide support ensuring that customer and prospect requests and deadlines are met as well as internal department requirements.
Support the Order Processing submission process, which could require compiling a complete package for successful proposals, consisting of detailed customer pricing and associated costs that matches the customer contract and/or purchase order.
REQUIRED SKILLS/CAPABILITIES
5 years minimum experience as a successful AV seller
Bachelors degree in a related field or commensurate experience
Strong knowledge of and ability to learn about new technologies, products, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
Superior time management skills
Audiovisual installation and venue/event management experience is preferred
Applicable manufacturer training and certifications are preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, manuals, publications, financial reports, technical documents.
Ability to present information to management, public groups, and/or clients.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
