Director of Business Development
Ivertix, a rapidly growing AI, Data, and Cloud solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive its expansion in the federal and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition and build strategic relationships with federal and DoD clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify business leads aligned with Ivertix's AI, Data, and Cloud solutions growth strategy.
- Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies to expand Ivertix's footprint in the government space.
- Lead end-to-end government proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline using CRM tools.
- Monitor and report on pipeline progress, win rates, and performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8–10 years in business development roles within government contracting.
- Expertise in leveraging 8(a) small business opportunities.
- A deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, including GWACs and IDIQs.
- Exceptional proposal writing and management skills.
- Experience with or knowledge of modern AI, Data, and Cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
