Class Action Senior Associate Attorney / Senior Counsel - Labor & Employment

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group . This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 7 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions.
- Proven experience defending class action lawsuits , including but not limited to : Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC / DOL matters. Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues. Products liability and consumer fraud disputes.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues .
