Must have chemical manufacturing experience including PSM (process safety management) and a Bachelor degree required.
Seeking an EHS Manager to lead all compliance for (5) US sites totaling (110) employees with travel 20-25%. Position reports to the VP of Operations and this is a stand-alone EHS position. Works closely with the plants to drive all EHS and regulatory needs at the plant levels (safety committees at each plant).
Technical Requirements : must be well blended in process safety, safety and environmental / regulatory compliance. Conduct and lead MESH (management of environmental, safety and health) assessments, PSM / RMP audits, PHA revalidation audits and other related EHS audits. Complete timely and accurate EPA, OSHA, FRA, DOT compliance reports. Environmental : manage Title V air permits, NPDES permits and DOT related permits. Lead waste minimization and emissions reduction programs. Understanding of ISO requirements
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
