My biotech client is expanding! The ideal candidate will take on the following :
Primary Responsibilities
1.Lead antibody discovery initiatives using hybridoma and B cell cloning platforms.2.Design immunogens, develop immunization strategies, and manage candidate evaluation.3.Direct project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.4.Perform IgG amplification from FACS-purified single B cells.5.Advance antibody discovery technologies and establish strategic collaborations.6.Manage technical challenges and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- PhD with 2 years (or MS with 4 years) of industry, academic, or government lab experience.
- Strong project leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic antibody development workflow.
Experience
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
