- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in DC .
- Class year 2019-2021 with substantive experience working with M&A and private equity.
- Demonstrated expertise with CFIUS , sanctions , and export controls .
- Experience or interest in anti-bribery and anti-money laundering compliance is highly valued.
- Exceptional legal writing skills.
