What You'll Be Doing :
- Show off your mechanical aptitude by working with tools and machinery.
- Get your hands dirty with some MIG welding, or be ready to learn.
- Troubleshoot production hiccups and collaborate with the engineering team.
- Pull kits according to specific bills of materials and make sure everything is up to spec.
- Identify and reject products that don't meet quality standards.
- Break down and prep received products for the next steps.
- Handle activities like banding and packaging with precision.
- Keep an eye on product quality with regular visual checks.
- Follow standard operating procedures to a tee.
- Communicate effectively with your team on all production-related tasks.
- Keep your work area clean and organized (we're big on 5S here).
- And of course, any other duties that might pop up!
