MID-LEVEL CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious Southeastern law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate Attorney to join their team in Charlotte . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with international experience to work on complex corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in North Carolina .
- 3–5 years of substantive experience in corporate and commercial transactions .
- Experience handling commercial contracts , including supply agreements , technology contracts , and distributor agreements .
- Background in corporate structuring , governance , and M&A .
- International experience and foreign language proficiency , particularly in German , are preferred .
- Excellent writing skills are required.
