About the Role:
As the Kennel Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our hospital’s success by:
- Leading and supporting our kennel team.
- Ensuring top-notch care for boarding and hospitalized pets.
- Overseeing daily operations, cleanliness, and safety.
- Collaborating with clients and staff to create a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kennel staff in animal care and safety.
- Monitor pets for health concerns and ensure timely reporting to veterinary staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including laundry and supply management.
- Provide exceptional client service during pet check-ins and updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience (2 or more years preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for animal care and knowledge of proper restraint techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and confidently work with various animals.
