We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance duties at our mobile home parks in Valdosta, GA.
The ideal candidate will handle service requests for repairs and improvements of rental units, landscaping, and maintenance of common areas.
- Repairs and maintains rental properties, including ACs, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Rehabs/makes ready vacant mobile homes for sale
- Works closely with the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations to ensure high-quality maintenance standards
This role requires a team player who follows company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school or military training as an asset
- One to five years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
The responsibilities include managing routine and emergency maintenance repairs, fixing machinery or equipment, plumbing, cooling & heating, wiring & electrical work, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, lawn care and maintenance, evaluating and scheduling significant repairs, and property inspections.
