Server and Host

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food supplies and beverages.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
