What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST position at IVIRMA Global?
OVERVIEW : The Clinical Quality Specialist will be responsible for integrating new sites onto the Artemis platform and providing ongoing support and education to existing sites. They will work closely with clinical staff (Providers, Nurses, Medical Assistants, Sonographers, and Phlebotomists) to optimize Artemis utilization, ensure clinics are compliant with IVIRMA policies and procedures, and maximize the patient experience. This role also includes participation in quality projects and initiatives established by the IVIRMA Medical Affairs Team.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities :
- Site Integration & Support :
Assist in integrating newly acquired sites onto the Artemis platform, ensuring efficient setup and functionality.
Serves as a clinical expert in patient care practices and protocols for clinical staff members
