The Business Development and Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving IVitamin’s growth by focusing on generating new leads for corporate wellness, events, and conferences and selling IVitamin , IVitamin’s fractional franchise. This position is ideal for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for health and wellness who excels in sales, client relationship management, and community networking.

Our Infusion Hydration Lounges are boutique medical facilities located in downtown Austin and North Austin, designed for the health-conscious and wellness-driven. We offer a range of IV vitamin hydration therapies and regenerative IVs both in our lounges and through mobile services to clients’ homes or offices. Our clients come to us looking to boost their energy, improve their health, and achieve balance through IV hydration therapy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate leads for IV hydration therapy services, with a strong focus on conferences, events, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach in Austin
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate leads for the launch of IVitamin
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, healthcare providers, and other potential referral sources
  • Develop partnerships for recurring growth

Sales and Proposals:

  • Create customized proposals for prospective clients, tailored to their needs and goals
  • Present IVitamin’s services effectively to potential clients, closing deals and driving revenue
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for both IVitamin initiatives and IVitamin goals

Client Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and IVitamin’s service team to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of corporate wellness events or other booked services
  • Collaborate with the operational team to guarantee exceptional client experiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage business in a CRM

Community Engagement:

  • Represent IVitamin at community events, wellness expos, and local networking groups to build brand awareness and grow the client base
  • Identify and pursue sponsorship or partnership opportunities that align with the brand

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and motivate the team to successfully execute the business you bring in, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or community engagement, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industries preferred 5 years experience
  • Exceptional ability to generate and close leads, particularly in corporate wellness, events or franchise sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience in creating lead lists and executing results from these curated lists
  • Experience in creating customized client proposals and managing accounts
  • A “Hunter” who is self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for health and wellness
  • Local knowledge of Austin’s business and wellness community is a significant plus

REQUIREMENTS (EXPECTED PROFICIENCIES):

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills
  • Mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or failure
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision while working directly with multiple clinic locations
  • Candid & direct communicator, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
  • A go getter who uses creative solutions to generate new leads and maintain consistent follow up
  • Data-Driven – you are able to analyze data and make critical decisions based on the data collected
  • Our hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am - 4pm & Friday through Monday 10 - 6
  • As part of the onboarding process, it is vital that our Sales Representative understands our business and that events, conferences and meetings may require weekend hours.
  • This is a hybrid role - a combination of in person and remote.
