Duties

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting guest expectations.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
