Bilingual Receptionist at Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency
Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, bilingual Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This position would primarily support day-to-day operations and handle high incoming call volumes. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. A background in customer service is a plus.
To excel in this role, you will need to be able to handle multiple assignments at once, and have the follow through to see each one to a satisfactory completion. You will need to be an organized multi-tasker who is able to stay focused. You listen to instructions and take direction well with an ability to follow established protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of one year experience in customer service-related position

Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal

The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task

Above-average computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly

A pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients

A positive and professional attitude

Flexibility in your work schedule to include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Medicare or insurance

A basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM
