What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN ICU position at Ivorsource LLC?
Duties
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall condition continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and venipuncture.
- Perform airway management and basic life support as needed.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assist in procedures such as spinal taps.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately using the Epic electronic health record system.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including knowledge of workers' compensation law.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
