New, state-of-the-art dental office looking for upbeat, experienced patient relations coordinator to join our founding team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice dedicated to excellence in oral health. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Job duties involve answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing mail and inquiries, billing and insurance processing, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and outstanding customer service skills. We strive for perfection; however, a fun personality is required! We work as a team, so please team players only!
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Background check required
· High school diploma required
- 2 years of dental front office experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to present treatment plans effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Proficient in insurance processes such as insurance verification and claims submissions
