Experience shooting at least 2-3 weddings is REQUIRED. Applicants that have no experience shooting weddings will not be considered. Please send full day galleries and/or video links in application. For photos, these must be in an online gallery such as PicTime or Pixieset - not on a drive.

Ivory Grove is a small business owned and led by a husband/wife duo. We specialize in capturing stunning wedding photography and videography. We are dedicated to providing high-quality media and treating everyone (our team members and clients) the way we would like to be treated.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide your own equipment. We will not provide gear. See camera requirements below.
• Upload your raw files to our online servers.
• Be skilled in natural light photography/videography with strong understanding & execution of flash/video light for low light situations.
• Utilize our portal & processes for communication, uploads, etc.
• Excellent communication skills a must! You will correspond promptly, friendly, and professionally with clients (2 phone calls per wedding - video chats are optional)
• Communicate and work professionally with other Ivory Grove team members.

Compensation

• Pay is currently $100 per hour for lead shooters and $50 per hour for second shooters (weddings range from 4.5- over 10 hours).
• You have the option of receiving a deposit of $50 for each phone call you complete. This $50 is included in the total pay for the wedding (not in addition to it).
• We reimburse mileage after 25 miles from the major cities listed above. All responsibilities (consultation calls & culling) are included in your hourly rate.
• You can expect about 10-40 weddings per year through Ivory Grove.

Camera Body & Gear Requirements

• Lead videographers are required to have at least 2 camera bodies. Second shooters are required to have one.
• BODY - Minimum Resolution and FPS Standard: 1080 60fps anything above is a benefit. DSLR, Mirrorless - Full Frame, Crop sensor, Super 35. (Can shoot 4K and 60fps or 1080 60fps)
• Examples: Panasonic GH5, Sony A7III, Canon EOS R, Canon 80D, Canon 6D MKII, Canon 5D MKIV.
• STABILIZATION - 2 forms of stabilization (tripod and gimbal are required). Camera Body IBIS is not necessary, but other forms of stabilization is required. Lens IS, Monopod, Tripod, Gimbal, Slider, etc. (stable enough where we don’t have to warp stabilize every clip)
• AUDIO - 2 forms of external audio recording devices, such as the Tascam DR-05, required.
