STUDIO MANAGER

Part-Time / Flexible - Based in either Wayne, PA or Newtown, PA

Hiya, are you amazing, super organized, warm and friendly, with a love of kids? We’re looking for a super cool studio manager that has amazing style and vibe, is detail organized, and hospitality focused with a strong drive to deliver customer excellence.

This is a part-time, flexible role based out of either our Wayne (Main Line) or Newtown (Bucks Co) Studio with some in-studio and some remote work. We see our clients year after year and are looking for someone who has an affinity for delivery an amazing experience. Someone who wants to collaborate, wants to grow, oh and wants to be part of something award-winning (yup, year after year). Oh, yeah and wants a role designed around their needs.

This role owns the client experience from start to finish, including confirmation calls, annual calls, client appreciation and satisfaction initiatives. With the studio’s commitment to community, event management and marketing execution are a large part of the client engagement strategy.

Qualifications :

We’re looking for someone who understands the needs of busy parents and how to best support them.

Experience delivering quality customer experience
Detail oriented
Self-starter
Sales experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently in a remote setting (past remote experience preferred)
Ability to lift equipment with frequent sitting, standing and moderate physical activity
Reliable transportation required

Schedule :

The studio is committed to creating jobs that support women in all phases of their life, this includes a firm commitment to flexibility.

15 guaranteed hours, may have additional hours depending on both studio and individual needs

In-studio 2-days / week : 10am-4pm (can be flexible on days / hours; Yes this means we can be flexible to meet needs of moms with kids in school)

Remote : TBD based on agreed upon in-studio schedule (flexible)

Events : Some hours outside of standard studio hours for event and school support

Studio Hours : Tuesday through Saturday 10-4pm

Job Description :

The focus of the role is client engagement, event management and marketing execution.

Client Engagement : Client emails, calls, follow up calls, manage thank you and engagement programs, on-going support and communication – essentially ensuring every client is taken care of.

Event Management : Mange all aspects from prep to attending and follow-up.

Studio Management : Includes inventory, product management, studio appearance.

Marketing Execution : Scheduling social media, engagement with clients via social media, marketing reporting

Reporting : supporting fact-based decision making through client / marketing reporting maintenance

Flexible : Some in studio hours, some remote. Please note, there will be set hours that are required.
