Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service and enhance their experience.
• Upsell drink specials and menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and promotions to enhance guest offerings.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations is essential.
• Experience with cash handling and familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure are required.
• A passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences for guests is essential.
