Are you a highly skilled data professional passionate about building scalable infrastructure and modeling meaningful data in a healthcare setting? IVX Health is looking for a Data Architect to join our growing team at our Corporate Headquarters in Brentwood, TN. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. In this role, youll serve as a key connector between our Business Systems and Analytics Engineering functionsleading efforts to organize complex system data, integrate new technologies, and standardize access across the enterprise. Your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes, operational insights, and enterprise strategy.

What You Will Do

• Model and Structure Core System Data Organize and standardize datasets from key systems such as Unlimited Financials & G4 Centricity (practice management), IKnowMed (EMR), Paycom (HR), Sugar CRM, Mainbridge (inventory), and others.
• Design Scalable Infrastructure Create reusable data models that support operational, clinical, and financial reporting across the enterprise.
• Lead Data Integration Support technology migrations and acquisitions by integrating new systems into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Partner Cross-Functionally Collaborate with the Business Systems, Analytics Engineering, and IT teams to ensure alignment between architecture and business goals.
• Maintain Security and Compliance Implement automated data pipelines and role-based access models using Azure-based solutions.
• Support Data Governance Contribute to the development of data standards, privacy policies, and long-term maintainability across platforms.
• Communicate Effectively Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 68 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles.
• Technical Expertise Strong background in Azure data services, modern data warehouse architecture, and enterprise data modeling.
• Healthcare Knowledge Experience working with healthcare data strongly preferred, especially EMR and practice management systems.
• Problem Solving and Execution Ability to quickly assess and integrate new data sources, resolve discrepancies, and design high-performance systems.
• Collaboration and Communication Proven track record working across technical and business teams to align on data-driven strategy.
