What You'll Do as a Front Desk Coordinator
- Be the First Point of Contact – Greet patients warmly, assist with check-ins, and ensure a seamless start to their visit.
- Manage Schedules Efficiently – Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and authorizations with precision.
- Support Daily Operations – Maintain patient records, process payments, and coordinate with clinical staff for smooth workflow.
- Create a Welcoming Environment – Keep the front desk organized and assist with center logistics.
- Help Multiple Centers – Provide coverage for other nearby centers as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in healthcare (not required).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering outstanding patient service.
- Tech-Savvy Skills: Comfortable using , EMR/EHR scheduling systems, office software, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
