Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving results in a multi-state, multi-site organization? IVX Health is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in the Brentwood/Nashville area. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work three days a week in our collaborative headquarters while enjoying the flexibility of remote work the rest of the time. The role also involves quarterly travel to locations across the country, ensuring you stay connected to our field teams and operations.

About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with our patient-focused values and organizational objectives. This multifaceted role combines talent acquisition, employee relations, coaching, performance management, and compensation expertise to support and sustain engaged, high-performing teams.

The HRBP will leverage their experience working in multi-state, multi-site environments to ensure consistency and compliance across all locations. Quarterly travel will be required to stay engaged with field teams and provide hands-on support where it matters most.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Leadership: Coach leaders on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Champion Culture: Lead initiatives that promote engagement, diversity, inclusion, and our company’s values.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for resolving workplace issues with tact and fairness.
  • Policy Guidance and Compliance: Educate and guide employees and managers on HR policies and employment law, ensuring consistency across states.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to recruit top talent and create exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Align HR priorities with business strategies and support training and development initiatives.
  • Site Visits: Conduct quarterly travel to locations nationwide, building relationships with field teams and understanding their unique needs.

Qualifications


ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • HRIS Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycom, Workday, ADP, etc.) for managing employee data, generating reports, and streamlining HR processes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to drive informed decisions and actionable insights.
  • Influence & Partnership: Capable of influencing and partnering effectively with different levels of the organization to achieve results quickly.
  • Strategic HR Expertise: Strong understanding and application of HR principles and practices in alignment with business objectives.
  • Broad HR Knowledge: Knowledgeable in multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and influence stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with keen attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive work culture and contributing to team success.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard office software applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with HR tech tools for effective job performance.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and/or PHR Certification preferred, but not required.
  • 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure to dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
