Key Responsibilities:
- Google Admin for Education: Manage & maintain Google Workspace for classrooms, ensuring smooth operations & optimal user experience.
- Chromebook OS Management: Perform Chromebook OS updates and repairs, ensuring devices are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize, maintain, & track IT inventory, including Chromebooks & classroom technology.
- Helpdesk Support: Provide patient & effective assistance to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Request Triage: Prioritize & manage helpdesk requests to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Basic Networking: Assist in basic network troubleshooting & maintenance to ensure a stable and secure IT environment.
- Device Distribution: Distribute & maintain Chromebooks during testing periods, ensuring availability and functionality.
- AV System Maintenance: Maintain & troubleshoot classroom AV systems to ensure consistent operation during instruction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Google Workspace Admin for Education is preferred.
- Experience with Chromebook repair & OS management.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Patience and empathy when assisting non-technical users.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
