Position Overview:
San Diego Fertility Center is looking for a full-time Insurance Coordinator. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for working collaboratively with insurance carriers, patients, and the multidisciplinary team members. This role can be hybrid in the office and remote.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working collaboratively with insurance carriers, patients, and the multidisciplinary team members.
- Perform verification of patients’ benefits with insurance carriers.
- Counsel patients on benefits explanations.
- Obtain insurance authorizations.
- Explain insurance process to patients.
- Correspond with insurance billing team regarding status of claims.
This position pays up to $25 an hour depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and paid time off!
