Job Description
Ivy Fertility is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive patient engagement and clinic growth across our 13 locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage content creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Support the implementation of paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in the management of clinic websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including ad spend, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for creative production, paid media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of planned campaigns.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, strategy, and campaign goals.
- Stay up-to-date with fertility industry trends and contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
