Full job description
The Part-time Central Supply Director will work 20 hours weekly, 40 hours biweekly. If the candidate is the right fit, there will be additional hours and / or advancements offered to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CENTRAL SUPPLY CLERK :
- Responsible for planning and directing the procurement of nursing supplies
- Purchase supplies from an approved vendor and formulary list
- Ensure that orders are confirmed and correct and handle shipping errors or returns of damaged merchandise.
- Ensure proper inventory levels
- Organize storage areas
- Practice safe working habits
- Perform secretarial duties for committees of the facility as directed
- Stock supplies
- Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Order specialized equipment or supplies
