Immediate opening for a full-time energetic, mature and articulate Preschool Administrative Assistant at Ivy Kids of Peek.
Some of your responsibilities and skills would include but not limited to:
- Administrative and office support duties for Director and Education Director.
- Answering telephone calls
- Touring prospective families
- Receiving payment from parents and all accounts receivables
- Conducting safety checks
- Upkeep of all student files
- Maintain positive supportive relationships with staff, children, and parents
- Assist in the classrooms when needed
Qualifications:
- One or more years experience working with children in a childcare center
- Knowledge of Texas DFPS Minimum Standards
- Must be able to interact and effectively communicate with children, staff and parents
- Proficient skills in typing, word processing, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Must be proactive, organized and a multitasker
- Excellent customer service, organization and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Background check required
