Job Title: Floating Site Director
Split Shift Hours: 6:15-9:00 AM and 1:45-6:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floating Site Director to join our dynamic before and after school program team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our various sites, ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality programming that our families rely on. As a Floating Site Director, you will work directly under the District Manager, providing leadership, training, and operational support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in at various sites to train new directors and support existing staff.
- Cover shifts during staff call-offs or when sites are short-staffed.
- Report directly to District Managers on site performance and needs.
- Assist with curriculum development, cleaning, supply runs, and other tasks at the main facility in Mokena during midday hours.
- Train as a driver for a 15-passenger vehicle and learn bus routes to support transportation needs.
- Ensure compliance with all child care program regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Previous experience running a child care program is required.
- Ability to cover multiple sites including Chicago Ridge, Palos, Bridgeview and Justice.
- Willingness to train as a driver for a 15-passenger vehicle.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and site needs.
