* Design and implement programs that promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being. * Lead teams of Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Community Volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services. * Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address resident needs and concerns. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members. * Ability to drive community vehicles.
Requirements
* Minimum two years experience in community engagement or a related field. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. * Valid driver's license with passenger endorsement. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly. * Pass a criminal background check and health screening tests.
