* Develop and lead engaging programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities of residents. * Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address resident needs and concerns. * Manage and supervise Activity Assistants, Drivers, and Community Volunteers. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members. * Ability to drive community vehicles.
Requirements
* Minimum one year experience in program development or a related field. * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred. * Valid driver's license with passenger endorsement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly. * Pass a criminal background check and health screening tests.
