We are seeking a Food Service Director to oversee our dietary departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior living. Responsibilities:- Oversee all food service operations- Develop and implement menus for all food service areas- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Hire, train, and supervise staff. Skills:- Strong leadership skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
