We are seeking an experienced Activities Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and a strong background in social work and programming. Duties:- Plan, organize, and implement daily activities for residents- Manage the activity schedule to ensure a variety of activities are offered throughout the day- Work with residents to identify their interests and needs. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and volunteers- Manage the activities budget. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
