What are the responsibilities and job description for the Work Study - Off campus position at Ivy Tech Community College?
The Federal Work-Study Program provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay for expenses related to their education. The program encourages community service work and work related to your course of study. This position will be working off campus at a not-for-profit organization.
- All positions require employees to deliver first-class customer service.
- Employees must use computer software including Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and department specific software.
- Some positions require employees to perform clerical, computing, filing, and telephone duties.
- Each position will have duties and responsibilities specific to the department.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours at the Lawrenceburg/Batesville campus
- Must have a current Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file
- Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the financial aid office
- Must have financial need as determined by the financial aid office
