Job Description
- Supporting the Advisor team in providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning and tax services to high-net-worth families and corporate executives
- Managing the new client onboarding process
- Organizing and maintaining client data
- Processing client subscriptions of alternative investment documents
- Generating ideas and problem solving related to clients' complex and unique financial matters
- Preparing client financial statements and investment performance reports
- Preparing investment allocation analyses to help monitor and manage various publicly traded fixed income and equity strategies as well as alternative investment strategies
- Preparing client retirement, insurance and estate-planning analyses
- Preparing clients' quarterly tax projections and annual Federal and state income tax returns
- Regularly interacting with clients via telephone and face-to-face meetings
