Preschool Educator

Ivybrook Academy is currently seeking passionate preschool educators for the 2025-26 school year at our Seven Hills campus. Our schools provide a professional environment where educators can focus their time on igniting the joy of learning in their students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following an innovative approach to education
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers via parent-teacher conferences
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and school functions
• Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
• Commit to professional development and continuing education
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom

Experience:

• Priority give to those with a Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or have their degree within the first year of employment
• Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school preferred
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 23 per week
