Ivybrook Academy is currently seeking passionate preschool educators for the 2025-26 school year at our Seven Hills campus. Our schools provide a professional environment where educators can focus their time on igniting the joy of learning in their students.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following an innovative approach to education
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers via parent-teacher conferences
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment
- Attend staff meetings, trainings and school functions
- Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
- Commit to professional development and continuing education
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom
Experience:
- Priority give to those with a Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or have their degree within the first year of employment
- Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
